CBD, or cannabidiol, is a legal, non-psycho-active compound found in Hemp or Cannabis. CBD is really very clever, mimicking our endocannabinoids to bring balance to the body. The Chinese have used Cannabis for its medicinal qualities for over 5,000 years. This was followed by the Egyptians, Greeks & Romans who also used the plant to treat a wide array of ailments.
